'There is nothing here' (2024) | Art Print

IT FEELS LIKE A BLACK HOLE IN MY CHEST PULSING WITH PAIN.

A piece started to capture how my depression feels. When I felt like nothing else mattered, I turned to my art. My feelings go directly into my art, and I had a stressful week in the midst of this, which is marked by the explosion of fleshy tendrils. It transformed this piece into a demonstration of the turbulence of living with anxiety and depression.
