After losing my mam last year, I’ve found myself getting out of the house more to form connections with people and feel less isolated. Many people have helped me through this past year, but I’ve also had conflict that has left me feeling lost and frustrated. My self-preservation has caused me to mask certain parts of my personality and I am learning how to take it off as I transition to a new chapter of my life.
