THE DOOR IS OPEN, BUT I CANNOT LEAVE.

This is a piece about being trapped, not by a locked door, but by your mind. As someone who is immunocompromised, the pandemic was stressful. I was terrified to leave my house for a long time due to my anxiety, and I became very depressed. I have now mostly recovered, and so this piece is very special in representing how much mental health can control you.
